RESTRAINT, TIME OUT AND ISOLATED TIME OUT
In accordance with 105 ILCS 5/2-3.130 and Public Act 102-0339, District 73 has created a Restraint and Time Out (RTO) Plan to reduce and eventually eliminate the use of physical restraint, time out and isolated time out (RTO). District 73 Restraint and Timeout Reduction Plan
NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF RECORDS: HIGH SCHOOL TRANSITION
The most recent Evaluation and Individual Education Plan (IEP) and/or 504 Plan are District 73 student records. These records enable the high school district to prepare for your student’s transition from District 73 into high school. As part of this process, District 219 will request College Board accommodations for your student for high school entrance testing which is taken in fall of the 8th grade year. This notification provides prior written notice that District 73 will share student’s current Evaluation and Individual Education Plan and/or 504 Plan with District 219 in spring of the student’s 7th grade school year.
